Primero, una pregunta justa
Antes de crear una organización nueva, vale la pena preguntarse si ya existe alguien que hace este trabajo, si podría empezar como programa de otra organización o con un patrocinador fiscal (una organización que recibe donaciones en su nombre), y si tiene el tiempo, las personas y el dinero para el primer año. - OperationsOpen a bank account, keep simple books, get insured, treat volunteers and workers fairly, protect people's data and adopt the core policies.
- LaunchSimple branding, a basic website, a first fundraising plan, thanking donors well, and your first local grant applications.
